Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course
This 40-hour classroom course, mandated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, features both lectures and audio-visual materials. The course is offered as four 10-hour sessions or evening sessions throughout eastern Massachusetts. Textbooks and test disks are included in the tuition.
By the end of the course, you will have learned everything you need to pass your written examination. If you do not pass your exam, you are welcome to come back for an additional course at no additional cost, or some private tutoring, again at no additional cost.
Continuing Education Courses
If you already have your license, you are mandated by the state to take 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years in order to keep it. These courses are for both brokers and real estate salespersons. We offer our continuing education course as a 1-day, 12-hour course. You will receive a certificate from the Institute to show your completion.

Are you ready to take the next big step in your real estate career? Our broker course is designed for licensed sales persons interested in taking the brokers exam. You must have been in sales for 3 years before you can start the broker course.
