Pre-Licensing/Broker Calendar
This 40-hour classroom course, mandated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is offered as either four 10-hour day sessions or evening sessions after which you will be fully prepared to sit and pass the state examination. Also, the courses are structured to enable students to alter their weekend attendance if their schedules do not permit them to attend successive weekends.
By the end of the course, you will have learned everything you need to pass your written examination. If you do not pass your exam, you are welcome to come back for an additional course at no additional cost.
Tuition: $350 per person inlcuding our new textbook and test disk with sample questions and answers.
We offer a 10% discount each to 2 or more friends or relatives registering on the same day.
